END OF THIRD GRADING PERIOD

The school year is almost ending. Third grading has gone by and obviously is the start of the fourth grading period which means we still have more than two months remaining to cherish every remaining moments of our high school life.
As soon as the stars form into constellations, I won’t hesitate to set one move and plot my own target. I peaked at my reflection for a better improvement. I glanced at my every aspect for a good symptom. Then suddenly, I stopped! Yes, it was. The chapter had begun. The light appeared.
I can still remember those memories when I faced problems in life. I was happy because we again came up with different lessons. Still, we continued posting our insights on our blogs. Spreading our own knowledge as we travel all the way to HTML tags. I couldn’t forget the time when I gave up working on those things. You too were hardened up typing different codes, different characters, different symbols and etc. We can’t evade laziness. I really learned a lot in this quarter. It seemed like every icons in front of me assembled in compact and tried to sprint all the way to my brain.
In this quarter, we almost had our activities than new lessons because some of my classmates are not around for a new lesson to be presented. They are out because of some extracurricular activities. We also worked on our project. It’s a group project that some teams were hard up in searching some information about the city of Vigan. This project gave as stress.

Moving on, I will put the last mark on myself to apply what I have learned in this quarter in my daily living. This was different. This was something to be proud of. My gratitude will be given to all sincere hands who have helped me in my sufferings and times of problem. I have opened my heart and mind to better tread all of my problems kind heartedly.

HELLO! NEW YEAR, NEW ME

A new year is often a time to commit to making changes in life for the better. It can be a time to get inspired, commit and make a new start. Many of us lapsed into bad habits, but now is the time to fix things.

Very often we all hear about New Year resolutions and I have also tried making New Year resolutions. Basically a New Year resolution is made when one wants to correct the mistakes they have done the past year or do something in a more organized manner. I have also made resolutions before, but just like anybody else, I too break it up. But this time I am going to stick to my resolutions and make sure that I change myself. I have noted down a few resolutions that I would like to take this year and stick onto them. The most important of all is to be organized. I never have the habit of organizing my work and therefore end up in incomplete homework and projects. So this year I plan to be more systematic and organized, so that I finish my work on time and do not keep pending, the works assigned to me. Secondly, I would like to be a good reader, I have heard that reading is a good habit, but I hardly take the time to read, even if I have time. So this time I have decided that I would spent some time in a day to read some matter or a book that would improve my knowledge and interest in reading. Another area that I would like to improve myself is with the excess time spent on the Internet. Hours together I sit front of the system, though I know it is just wasting time unnecessarily. I have decided to cut down the time I use for surfing and make it more productive, rather than just visiting social networking sites and chatting and spent the remaining time to some useful work with my family. This time, I am determined to stick to my resolutions and get myself corrected to be a better person, both for myself and to the society

For the year that has passed. I thank the great things that happened. Especially with my family and the blessings we’ve earned. These friends gained that gave me inspiration in life. But most of all, God who simply kept us safe and constantly gave guidance.

Essence of Christmas

JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON! REJOICE!

CHRISTMAS is the most awaited season in our country and all over the world every year. It is the time of hopes, joy and forgiveness. It’s the time that I always have the good feeling inside me. Every year at this moment I like to be with my love ones.
For many people, Christmas is a time of sorrow. They don’t have the extra money to buy presents for their siblings, friends and family. Many are saddened at Christmas time when we think of their loved ones who will not be able to come home for various reasons.

Why do people like this holiday more than any holiday?

Not because of the decorations, all the parties, Santa Claus and the numerous other events going on, but the REAL meaning of the birth of Jesus Christ. These are those who believe that is all the Christmas means to some people and quite so, but I like to think it’s because the Three Wise men brought gifts to the baby Jesus and that is how gifts became one of the symbols of Christmas
We can truly be happy at Christmas! No matter what may be happening, we can know that we are his children. We then become sons and daughter of God.
Look at CHRISTMAS in a new way this year. This is the year to invite Jesus into our hearts. You will then have a “Merry Christmas”. The joy and peace you will receive will last all year as you look to God for all your needs to be met.

Go Green! Stop Climate Change

Nowadays, people are experiencing changes in the environment.  Climate change is the biggest problem of the human being. It is already happening and represents one of the greatest environmental, social and economic threats facing the planet.  The climate can affect every people and our health directly through increases in temperature.
There are so many factories that exhale really destructive substances and pollute the air. We all know very well that air is something we can’t we live without. When we breathe the polluted air, we can get seriously ill.

Therefore, I conclude that climate is a very important thing and if we don’t stop the changes soon, more and more plants and trees are going to die, we won’t have enough food. I think it is better to first stop the changes in climate and then gradually reduce the hunger in other countries. Because if we stop the change, we are going to be healthier and everything around will be cleaner and it will be how it actually should be. I believe harmony between nature and human beings will return.

English Proficiency

OUTPOURING OUR HEARTS AND MINDS THROUGH LITERACY AND ENGLISH PROFICIENCY

As a child, I began dedicating myself to English language. As they said “English is the universal language”. Because almost all of the people know how to speak in this language but I believe that, that is not only the reason why we should affluent ourselves into said language.
It is not enough knowing the English as the universal language. We must put into our hearts and minds that English is very important to all of us. Through English language we can communicate to other people.
People must learn English language by grammars, pronunciations, spellings, and many more about the English proficiency. We must also practice speaking English so that we can understand one another when we go to another place especially in other country.
Our English skills truly play a vital role in our life. We need to improved and developed for brighter future. For us teenagers, it will be a great image and an asset to other people that would enable us to feel more of our personality.
Nothing is hard if we want it. Let’s be hard I hand to improve English proficiency. Let’s be hand in hand in order to improve our English. We must put into our hearts and minds the importance of English.

Human Rights

EQUAL RIGHTS AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES
Human rights play a role in everyone’s life but not everyone realizes its involved in every comment you make that includes someone different. Every near discriminatory “joke” you say. It affect, even if it doesn't affect you.
It means being able to hold hands with the person you love, work where you’re qualified to work without your skin color or sexual orientation being the reason you can’t; it means having the right to be human, making choices and mistakes.
Every day I hear comments being made about this being “nerd” and other comments about that being retarded. These are an estimated 1 Million words in the English language. What I don’t understand is why these words are chosen to describe something meager or something that lacks quality.
Humans aren't born racist. We are all born equal. So why it is everyone is bent on believing that one life is less important than another. Why it is person high up in society can get away with something other people can’t?
The right to be who were destined to be belongs to everyone, not just people who are favored or socially acceptable. My one hope is to see that change. Because we may be different on the outside but we are all humans. We have equal right and yet we have equal opportunities.
